Cancellation policy

At Wonder, we strive to provide enriching and enjoyable classes and events for all participants. To ensure the smooth operation of our programs and accommodate the needs of our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Period: If you need to cancel your registration for a class or event, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled start date of the class or event.

  2. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will be provided in full, minus any administrative fees or non-refundable deposits, if applicable. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  3. Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the class or event, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the forfeiture of any registration fees.

  4. Exceptions: In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will strive to find a suitable solution.

Food and Beverage Policy: No Carry-Ins

Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into Wonder premises. This includes, but is not limited to, homemade meals, snacks, and drinks.

  1. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for medical reasons (e.g., dietary restrictions, allergies) or for baby food and formula. In such cases, prior approval from the management is required. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please inform our staff ahead of your visit. We will do our best to accommodate your needs with our menu options.
